Purpose: to send you occasional newsletters, release announcements, and important updates about the In The Zone app.
Legal Basis: your consent. By subscribing, you opt in to receive these communications. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 7).

4. Cookies & Site Functionality

We do not use any tracking or analytics cookies.
Essential Cookies Only: Brief session cookies may be used solely to ensure the site loads correctly; they do not store personal data or track your activity.

5. How We Share Your Data

We never sell or rent your data. We may share your name and email address only with our trusted email-delivery service provider, solely for the purpose of sending you updates. That provider is contractually bound to GDPR standards and may not use your data for any other purpose.

6. Data Retention

Subscription List: We retain your name and email address until you unsubscribe.
Unsubscribed Addresses: removed from our list within 60 days of the unsubscribe request.
Backups: deleted or overwritten within 90 days; no long-term archival of unsubscribed addresses.

7. Your GDPR Rights

Rectification: correct any errors in your name or email.
Erasure: have your data deleted (unsubscribe).
Withdraw Consent: stop all communications by unsubscribing or contacting connect@liveinthezone.eu.
